Perfect

Roasted wild caught salmon: more red than pink, but cooked, with lemon zest and juice.

This is what a pro does every time.

Okay, that does it. Next time I'm up Nawth in Yankeeland (but not Yankees land, you understand, I am a Red Sox girl) I am stopping in Connecticut for a meal. Now I will stop drooling on the computer and go home to a late salad supper.

I think my lunch invitation must have got lost in the post.

Where is this place?? This is one stunning photo! I want a cabin on this lake.

Are those colors are natural or was photoshop used?

This is breathtaking! May I post it on my blog sometime with proper attribution, of course?

I'm going to stare at this for a while.

Enjoy, Sharon. The answers are "I dunno, me too, I think they're natural, and I prefer 'improper attribution', but please yourself."

Good to have ya pay a visit.

Not to worry, Jane R; CT is "mixed " in the Hartford area. Actual destruction of property for displaying NY Yankees paraphernalia is increasingly rare, however much this fact is deplored by old-timers.

I really enjoyed the virtual trip around the Musee du Cluny.
